A rare vintage Moomin character doll from Atelier Fauni, dating back to the 1950s–60s.

Atelier Fauni was founded in 1952 in Finland by Helena and Martti Kuusikoski. Martti, a film and theatre actor, supported his wife's creative venture, which began as a way to supplement their income. Helena started crafting trolls by hand — and soon, their magical world of characters came to life.

This doll is a true piece of Nordic design history.
